There is a "do-it-yourself" kit available...just
walk around some of the ponds in our subdivision,
find one the size you feel is adequate, and grab
it.
Toy poodles are like desert-expensive! It'll eat
just about anything it can get it's teeth into...
cats, stray dogs, old models, ex-girlfriends,
coons, possums, snakes, rats, etc.
